intersection with Brookdale Gardens private roadway, Township of Bloomfield, County of
Essex. State of New Jersey. Broad Street is a two lane two-way street.
To the west of the property, across Broad Street, are Temple Ner Tamid and
the Glen Ridge Country Club golf course.

The Township of Bloomfield operates it’s own school system. Demare St
School (K-6) is located on Broughton Avenue and is one and one third of a mile from the
complex. Brookdale Public School (K-6) is one mile from the complex. North Junior High
School (7-9) is located on Huck Road and it backs up to the complex. Bloomfield High School (10-12) is located at 160
Broad Street, approximately two (2) miles from the complex. |

The nearest hospital is Mountainside Hospital located at Bay Avenue,
Montclair, New Jersey 07042 429-6000.
The Township offers a full program of recreational programs through the
Recreation Department located within the Civic Center at 84 Broad Street, Bloomfield, New
Jersey 743-9074. Adjoining the complex is North Junior High School which contains a
softball field and basketball courts. Clarks Pond South is located at Dewey Street and
Broughton Avenue and contains basketball and tennis courts and a softball field. Essex
County Park-Brookdale is a large county park located off of Watchung Avenue and which
contains softball fields, soccer fields as well as many other facilities.

| The Township offers a variety of houses of worship, including Catholic,
Jewish and Presbyterian. Temple Mer Tamid is located on Broad Street across from the
complex. Church of the Advent is located on Watchung Avenue within one (1) mile of the
complex. Broad Street is a major thoroughfare within the area. A large variety of
commercial establishments front along this street north of Huck Road. |

Bloomfield Center is
located near the intersection of Broad Street and Bloomfield Avenue only two and one-half
miles from the complex. Bloomfield Center contains small commercial and professional
buildings and many municipal and government offices.
Bloomfield has a good transportation network and is bisected or near many
major highways. The Garden State Parkway, Route 46, and Route 3 are all within one and
six-tenths of a mile of the property. N.J. Transit and De Camp Bus lines provide bus
service along Broad Street to surrounding communities and the neighboring New York area.
Subway transportation to the Hoboken Path trains and into Manhattan is located in the
adjoining Township of Belleville.
